Iran has successfully hit US military targets in Jordan, Iraq, Qatar, Bahrain, and UAE so far. maybe Kuwait and Saudi too, unclear.

The purpose of basing so many USA assets in Jordan was to "deflect" some of the long range missiles that Iran has for Israel, to land on Jordan instead. Tactically, Israel is using Jordanian people, and Americans as shields against Iranian attacks.

Wonder how the people of Jordan feel about this, from their "king" ..

'They hit hard': Videos show aftermath of strikes on Tehran​

Several verified videos from Tehran show large plumes of smoke rising above the capital.

One clip, filmed at a busy intersection, shows traffic slowing as drivers and pedestrians look up at the sky. In the footage, one person can be heard saying: "They hit it hard. Where did they hit? They’re saying it’s Khamenei’s residence."

We have located this video within a kilometre of Leadership House, the office of Iran’s Supreme Leader, Ayatollah Ali Hosseini Khamenei. It’s not clear from the video angle if it was a direct hit on the building.

Another verified photo from the same area shows thick, dark columns of smoke rising above residential buildings and small grocery shops. There are also reports of strikes elsewhere in the country.

BBC Verify is continuing to analyse and verify videos and pinpoint exactly which locations have been hit and what exactly has been targeted.

Iran’s National Security Council has advised residents to leave the capital Tehran, reports Al-Jazeera.

I haven't seen this news; if it's a real number, it seems to be a comprehensive attack, considering that the attacks against Qatar, Bahrain, the Emirates, Kuwait, and Saudi Arabia may use short-range missiles, which should be in greater quantities than MRBMs – the only missiles capable of reaching Jordan and Israel.

Witnesses report blast, missiles over Dubai​

Witnesses in Dubai heard an explosion and saw missiles streak across the sky after Iran launched a deadly attack on the United Arab Emirates, AFP reports.

“It was a big explosion and it made the windows shake,” one witness told AFP, requesting anonymity, echoing a similar account from another Dubai resident.

Another resident said she saw three missiles heading across the sky before disappearing into the distance, describing them as “fireballs” followed by a trail of smoke.
