By all means Iran should target those bases which are actively helping the current attack but anything more than targeting GCC countries is Netanyahu's dream: Iran spending its precious resources on GCC countries.
Only two things will move the needle: Unbearable pain in Israel and/or American casualties. Even the impact on global economy will not be a factor at least in short term. And GCC countries are 'collateral damage' as far as Americans and Israelis are concerned.

That “bubble” is the suns rays reflecting off the exhaust plumes of the missile as the time of day is around sunset wit the rays peaking around the earth.

Has nothing to do with Russian military technology. You see it happen in space launch vehicles by SpaceX as well during sunset launches.

They need to Exhaust Sejjil-II in favor of Fattah next gen and Kheybar Shikan-II (traveled to 2100 KM). Its a 20 years old missile but took away the interceptor vehicle atleast.

This phenomenon is simply sunlight illuminating the rocket's contrail.
This sight can be seen when it is night on the ground but sunlight still reaches the upper atmosphere.
It is a phenomenon that occurs depending on the time of day and is unrelated to the rocket's performance or size.

Its a 20 years old bistaged solid fueled MRBM/IRBM with dia matching to none of the missiles anywhere else.

Problem with iran is usa Israel will nuke it. It stupidity to sell Pakistan when we gave them designs for development fo nukes in a reaction to a deal with USA

Drone targets Kuwait International Airport - local media

Kuwait's Public Authority for Civil Aviation says a drone targeted Kuwait International Airport, causing minor injuries and limited material damage to one of the terminals, according to Kuwait’s official news agency Kuna.

Spokesperson Abdullah Al-Rajhi tells Kuna that the authorities immediately implemented emergency procedures, dealing with the incident and securing the site.

He emphasised that the situation was under control and that the safety of passengers and employees was a top priority, Kuna reports.

Authorities didn't attribute the source of the attack, but Iran has been striking targets across the region in response to joint strikes by the US and Israel earlier today.

Yes.

But What’s more concerning to me is lack of a large salvo even though nighttime has set. Or even CM launches at middle eastern bases that are less protected.

Iran’s air defenses will be strongest in the first 48 hours of conflict so the biggest chance for big missile strikes will be now.

Sending 1-2 missiles at a time while it does waste interceptors and makes counter detection of TELS harder, it also means less chance a missile gets thru the shield.

We shall see what the strategy that Iran is doing.
