I disagree, Iran attacked and hit 16 American bases in less than 24 hours...there is a clear American decline. Assassinations, media actions and victory narratives cannot change this.

Iran announces President and two others will oversee transition

Iran has announced its president, the head of the judiciary, and one of the jurists of the Guardian Council - a powerful body which charged with vetting laws - will oversee the transition period following the death of Ayatollah Ali Khamenei.

As our reporter explained earlier, the Assembly of Leadership Experts - a body of clerics - will now turn to appointing Khamenei's successor, something the constitution says must occur as soon as possible. But quickly assembling everyone while Iran is under attack by the United States and Israel may prove difficult for safety reasons.

Fine, but when you hold important state positions, you’re also responsible for the lives of millions of civilians. Iran is possibly heading into civil war now. Not everyone wants to be a martyr

Trump won’t be able to handle the gas prices going crazy in America if the Persian gulf is closed. There’s a reason he started the war on a Saturday.
