MAC is meaningless what is tracked is the IMEI - You can spoof a MAC or rather MACs become meaningless if you use an AP as the presentation header is always from the AP - so in this case if your Technospark SmartPhone connected to a Draytek router - the presenting MAC table would only be internally visible on the MAC table of the Draytek - what would be presented at the ISP level or end point would be the details of the Draytek:

So its always these little programs within the Operating system, whcich nobody looks at, which get used for hacking.
I watched a documentary about a Linux file compressor hacked by the Chinese, which almost gave them access to all the world's major computer networks as they all use Linux. XZ Utils as its called, was in every Linus based OS including Redhat, but was freeware , maintained by one dude in Finland, who was a volunteer .
The Chinese found this out, and hacked it.

The biggest problem is the infestation of moles at the highest level. This is a massive issue. If you cannot protect your top leadership, it creates a really bad optic—and this isn't an isolated incident. It started with Qassim Suleimani, continued through the 12-day war, and is happening again in the current conflict. Moles are everywhere.

Yes, they are focused on dominating this world by any means necessary and are succeeding. They are dragging humanity to a very dark place in the process. This "even if we die that is victory" and "we must treat our enemies with dignity" mentality is not conducive to achieving actual victory.

Being outcome independant is fine and indeed necessary. But it should be combined with giving whole effort to solve the problems. So you can die while working for the sake of saving the muslims but not for dying itself to gain paradise only. It doesnt mean you dont embrace shahadah but which one is better take your pick. The first option seems less selfish and seems better to me. Otherwise waiting things to happen from outside, from air does not bring victory for sure if you dont put effort or little effort and waiting from outside.

Too long of a pause gives an opportunity to the opposition that Iran is tiring out. It's not a good sign but I really hope I am proven wrong.

To announce to international community they had no choice but to respond in a fierce manner
