If they attacked Cyprus as in the Island then yes it would be up to Europe to review since it would be a direct attack on European territory.

That was actually an Iranian drone crossing through Lebanon. It set off a rocket alarm too which was false.

But then there could be very small number of rockets fired and Israel is being quiet on purpose to catch Hezbollah/Hezbollah leadership off guard in coming days.

Imagine this war if it was 2020 or even 2022.

Syria and Iraq on Iran’s side
Houthi’s at full strength

Shame the anti war forces in Iran’s leadership brought this day upon the people of Iran.

Would have been very different. Hezbollah and Syria were always reluctant. Iran really did have strategic patience. At least it's putting up a big fight though. Iran will not go down easily.

Israel would instead be attacking Lebanon and Gaza instead of Iran. It would be US doing heavy lifting against Iran, imo. But US would not want that war because sensitivity of Gaza/Lebanon.

They preferred to isolate Iran first. Especially due to GCC factor as GCC and others can't be seen as fighting against Lebanon and Gaza.
