Iran - Israel/US War: Israel-US declare war on Iran, Iran responds

Security threat’ declared at UK Cyprus bases

A “security threat” was declared at the British bases in Cyprus shortly before midnight on Sunday.

Sources informed the Cyprus Mail that personnel at the base were told of the threat, and instructed to “return to your homes and stay inside until further notice”.

They were also told to “move away from windows and take cover behind or beneath substantial, solid furniture”, and to await further instruction.

More to follow…

Maybe a good opportunity for Turkiye to unite the South with the North?

Israel has 300 jets, and look at how much havoc they can create with that number.

400 modern jets backed by an effective IADs and base defence is a deterrence that you don't want to deal with period.
It's not the 400 Israeli Jets but the 1000 US Jets, Ships, Tomahawks Submarines that are doing the damage

Shouldn't Iran be bombing the hell out of Israel? That should be the main enemy.

US bases in GCC states along with Jordan's AD systems help in detecting, tracking and intercepting most of Iranian missiles before they reach israel.

So it makes sense for Iran to damage US bases in GCC and deplete their AD systems, before main attacks on israel. It'll give Iran a much higher success rate in attacking Israel and less wastage of missiles.

In any case, the ones shooting at closer US bases are shorter range missiles. It should have no impact no the long range missiles that are reserved for israel.

If Iran did attack, would this qualify as an act of war?
I would much rather ask: What difference does it make? The Iranians are under attack. There's nothing the British could change on the ground.
Besides, isn't opening up their bases for US forces a declaration of war against Iran anyways? Europe is already fully involved in this war, too. Not firing a bullet at Iran doesn't excuse their contributions that led to this point.
