The problem was the transit visa. Many nationalities do not require a lengthy visa process, they can get a visa free entry. For Pakistanis, Indians and many other nationals who do not have a valid US or Schengen visa on their passports, they must go through a lengthy process of the transit visa is not arranged beforehand. Also, Airlines are required to arrange accommodation if the delay is due to a cancellation of flights. Am unplanned event could cause extended time at the airport. That's why Pakistanis were seen stuck at the airport.

Usually gulf countries offered seamless and convenient travel by transit through their hubs.

But now its a war situation, they should have accommodated ALL passengers to allow to exit temporarily

Its possible to stay afew hrs but after 24 hrs it gets harder to stay at airport for anyone, its not feasible to stay so long without meals and proper rest

If they do this and kept it up, Pak govt needs to ban or limit these airlines ftom Pakistan…..they can rely on carrying whites instead, and good look luring those whites anyway after all this.
