Iran - Israel/US War: Israel-US declare war on Iran, Iran responds

They see "It's Haram" written in the clouds behind.
Thanks to NK nuclear program, It's Haram for USA to bomb them.

I wonder how a nuclear weapon can be Haram or Halal, like a knife, it would depend about what you use for.

Bomb a carrier that it's bombing you is Haram?

Problem for China is that they are quite dependent on the oil flowing from that region. The US exhausting itself is also debatable because each such war results in the MIC in the United States raking in billions and trillions in follow-on orders, replenishment etc.

Yet another war being fought to bring absolute Zionist hegemony in the Middle East. The Gulf is essentially trading in Iranian threats for Zionist hegemony.

Yes, but look at what 20 years in Iraq and Afghanistan did to US R&D for high end convnetional weapons.

After this US will spend billions (as you rightfully point out) simply restocking. China continues tio invest in R&D....

It is still too early to tell.

The surviving Iranian leadership basically have three choices at this point: stay the course till the end, change course and arrive at a settlement that allows the same theocratic setup to continue, or capitulate.

What they choose will determine what they regard as a viable outcome.
#2 is the most likely outcome. They will survive, battered and bruised, having inflicted some damage and this issue will limp along.

Nothing more than words, and Baidu and satellite imagery, the same as before.
Well yes good observation, everything on the forum is kind of words.

My point was do you believe Iran is facing more adversaries than expected? So far it seems they have intended to fight this war as they expect, I do not make a judgment on future outcomes.

Also they test new versions of weapons.

Pros and cons on both sides. The US did not need to fight this war, but Israel had to have it.

Yes the Iranian leadership did not get nuclear weapons like Pakistan did. Now Iran is suffering.

Poor China too - China has a lot to lose financially too with the disruption to shipping lanes, oil and gas. That being said, they have much larger strategic reserves compared to China.

The Chinese will have to find a way of taking care of themselves as do others.

What's at the end if they stay the course? I doubt it will be boots on the ground. Do seculars take over the country? So they really have that much support?
