Heres a very simple formula

US Terminal High Altitude Area Defense (THAAD) system total = 8 units

Each system has 6 launchers that means total 48 launchers

Each launcher has 8 interceptors long story short it means 384 interceptors

The production of interceptors is very very slow due to complexity and cost is over $5 million per pop

Total US inventory is between 700-800 interceptors

So far estimate suggested US has between 400-500 left last year alone they used 96 x interceptors mostly during True Promise 3

For each incoming missile US + Israel use multiple interceptors yesterday they fired over 20 and Iranian missile still landed

So the formula is will US and Israel run out of interceptors begore Iran runs out of missiles + drones?

Once the interceptors are exhausted US and Israel will be at the mercy of Iranian Fatteh 1,2, Emad, Shahab-3, Sejjil and Kheibar missiles

And when they are landing the devastation on the ground will be huge

They killed Khamenei and thought the Iranians were going to come to the streets and overthrow the government

They forgot to add to that what happens of this plan fails, the chances of a loss for US + Israel will increase dramatically

Friendly fire is always an issue. During earlier GW 1 & 2, Patriots shot down RAF Tornados and USN F-18s.
India shot down its own MI17 during the skirmish of 2019.

You have IFF - Identification Friend or Foe system onboard. It is supposed to transmit a message that authenticate you as a friendly for AD system. Maybe the updated codes were not shared with the Kuwaiti batteries.

i would had accepted the FF theory if it had happened during the very first few hours of the conflict, do they want us to believe that it was the very first sortie of F-15E in that airspace? Kuwait never had any IFF data prior to that sortie?

I personally think they fell victim to undeclared SAM asset acquired by Iran, maybe S4000 / HQ9 ?? i think i read rumors on this forum only about them getting it?

Israel has nothing in common with us. We are natural enemies. Turkey is a neighbor, we share the same religion, there are millions of Turks in Iran. Yet they did everything they could to enable this war.

There will be a day Israel no longer has any use for them. They will get what they deserve and I will celebrate that day.

As far as I know, President Erdogan and his govt did everything they could to oppose the US - Israeli war on Iran. The American fighter jets are blocked from using Turkiye airspace nor can they take off Turkiye soil to attack Iran. Besides, "Israeli" officials are clearly saying Turkiye is the new Iran.

Even when the crippling sanctions were imposed on Iran, Turkiye were one nations who traded with Iran and offered a lifeline.
