Among other factors. I think a lot of people in their fervour are blindly ignoring the obvious factors visible within emerging threat matrix.

If true then Iran really was infilitrated. News alleges that CIA had a human source inside Khamenai’s circle. Also that Mossad would use street cameras to capture the shifts of Khamenai’s bodyguards
 
I see that today Iran and the rest have rested from major exchange of attacks because Arab nations now are crying to Trump to stop the war so Iran is giving them a chance?

Remember for Iran to win this war, all they need to do is make Trump fold and accept Iran's enrichment and BM rights.

Iranian civilians have already been martyred due to enemy bombings, so any move by Iran to offer concessions to the enemy in future talks is an insult and waste of life to the people who were killed in those enemy bombings, because some can say that if Iran now doesn't have a spine and finally folds, then why not give those concessions in the first place to prevent this war? They died for Iran and Khamenei's stubbornness not to make Nukes, so please honor their deaths by sticking to the original guns and not give the enemy any concessions concerning the BM rights and regime continuity, no matter what Israel says.
