If most US bases close to iran are out of commission or destroyed, fighters jets dpnt have bases to operate from easily, which leaves long range bombers as US's main option for air strikes on Iran.
If US doesnt have the stamina and munitions to bomb Iran like it bombed Iraq or Afghanistan in a short time, then US has lost this war ON ARRIVAL.

If Israel didn't do a horrific genocide in Gaza, there was a chance some Arabs would join the campaign, there would be less of a split.
Because of Israel's conduct in Gaza and US backing and enabling of it. Nobody has any enthusiasm to back US and Israel in anything. Or to be seen on their side. At same time they want to defend their nations.
This is a very complicated situation for entire Muslim world. The emotions are strong all over Muslim world, against Iran or with it, most Muslims are furious how Israel really shook things up with the controversial genocide in Gaza

Can someone elobrate me on why Iran is hitting roads and streets when it comes to Israel? Why Iran is not targeting buildings and other expensive infrastructure like they did to GCC? Or Israel is heavily censoring all impacts?

They are aiming at important infrastructure in Israel. Israel is shooting most Iranian missiles down. Simply put Iran will need to fire another 200-300 missiles at Israel before some of them start falling through. It is believed Iran doesn't have many missiles to reach Israel because those missiles take longer to produce and are much more costly. Israel and US are also actively targeting Iranian launch sites and missile storage sites.
Israeli defenses allow missiles in if radar trace shows it will hit an empty street or ground. So as to not waste interceptor missile on it.
