The US is really a rogue nation, involved in so many wars despite having only a less than 300 years history.

If I could go back in time, I'd definitely urgently go to the Ottomans asking them to colonize North America before the Europeans did it, because the birth of the USA is detrimental to the interests of Muslims all over the world, so it's better for Muslims to grab the continent first before the Anglo-Saxons come to build their "Evil Empire" on that land stolen from Natives.

Under Muslim rule, I'm sure there can be a peaceful co-existence with the Natives even more, since Islam doesn't force non-believers to convert, like the presence of Jews in Muslim Iberia and the presence of people of all religions and cultures in some SEA countries.

I'm kinda surprised that Iran hasn't sent in its special forces into neighboring countries to initiate ground combat. I'm thinking from a POV if you need the enemy air wings to support their ground troops and divert the air strikes on Iran, ground combat would be it. And you wouldn't need to go that far to fight.
