It is certain that Iranian forces are in no position to undertake any large scale pitched battle attacks, that would be suicidal. However, squad level incursion and ambushes with the help of tactical drone surveillance may be mounted especially in the north. I would go further and say that it is imperative for Iran to mount small but numerous incursions into Iraq with the help of Iraqi militias to move the front lines inside Kurdish areas. Make Kurdish enclave the battleground, save your infrastructure and population from the inevitable.

2,000 terrorist Kurds will not change much on the ground considering how large Iran is

after this war ends they will be ruthlessly slaughtered, as usual

Agree but your gain is in realisation that they are not even allowed to do that beside being sacrificial lambs or sitting ducks, that could have transformative effect, my optimistic speculation at least.
I mean when they realize that all money they hoarded is virtually useless in face of real crysis they will have to ponder heavily about their choices,
 
Iran's rate of strike towards Israel and US bases in region is declining with each passing day which is worrisome.

This is an attempt at fomenting unrest/civil war and shouldn't be downplayed

But I don't believe the reports. Now Israeli media is reporting it never happened.

This is a chance for Iraq to take back northern Iraq and integrate it into the state
