some here are wishfuly blind, according to them irgc has collapsed completely, stopped firing anything at all and iran has become failed state.

Ofcourse it is. But billion dollar radars take time to build. You cannot just throw money on it. And you cannot reinstall them in Qatar and UAE rn when drones are everywhere. That means a loss of critical eyes in war.
