Iran - Israel/US War: Israel-US declare war on Iran, Iran responds

Yes you are right. But it was sunk less than 40 nautical miles from indian coast. A US submarine lurking that close to your coasts and you are not aware.

Please take a look at a map. It was sunk about 40 nautical miles south of Galle, which is on the southern tip of SL. It would be more like 500 km from even the nearest non- military Indian port.

The US is not totally blind. There is sufficient redundancy in the systems to compensate. Inconvenient yes but still operating through the backups.
Ofcourse they arent. They are the foremost military power on the globe. But losing a billion dollar critical asset in a contested region isnt something you can just shrug off.

I have no doubt that, unless the so-called 'Spheres of Influence' theory is credible, China is going to be a significant loser IF Iran falls into the American orbit or ceases to be a functional state.
But for some analysts to hype the Chinese statement of 'China supports Iran's territorial integrity' as a proof that China is actively supporting Iran is just a hype. Even the official Israel doesn't publicly say they want a fragmented Iran while really wanting that; Netanyahu wants to 'free' the Iranian people, publicly speaking.

Aliyev:

"Today, a terrorist act was committed by Iran against the Azerbaijani state. Our Armed Forces have been instructed to prepare and implement retaliatory measures. We will not tolerate this baseless act of aggression against Azerbaijan."

Iran officials:

However:

IRGC: The drone that crashed into Nakhchivan airport, specifically the area where Israeli and American officers were planning and managing attacks on our country's infrastructure, was destroyed by an Arash-2 drone. The enemy sees this for himself and should know that Iran neither jokes nor tolerates any side.

It is used by the Army Ground Forces with a 120 kg warhead and very high destructive power. This was just a warning shot to the mercenary and traitorous regime in Baku.

Context:

Nahçıvan's security is guaranteed by Turkey.

There're signs that Baku is approaching Ankara for some sort of 'answer' for the Iranian attack.

Finally! USN has started escorting tankers through Hormuz.

Lets see how effective the much vaunted anti ship arsenal of the IRGC is.

And the Yanks must be very confident in the speed of their OODA loop if they think they can successfully navigate through the narrow straits of Hormuz.

I'd be very disappointed if there arent a few USN ships burning and hundreds of their sailors become a happy meal for the PGCC sharks.

Iran's baluchustan is a hotbed of miscreants, and we share a massive region with Iran. I wouldn't call it overblown.

Call it impending catastrophe or imminent doom if you like. I stand by my comment.

why don't you do something useful and protest against the war?
I'm capable of doing many things. Some of which might even be useful. Perhaps I'm at an age where it just doesn't matter any more.

What are you doing? Other than mentioning something about not having anyone to support you?

Wow! This administration has set its own mark for beghairati.

"The Trump Administration will continue to unleash American energy dominance, and tap into our newfound oil in Venezuela."

This is open ghunda gardi. Focus on the word "our".

Of course I'm not shrugging it off. Just stating that we have redundancy in the event something like this does happen.

I think many Americans here will agree with me when I say this, that the Trump administration doesn't care how the world views it, or thinks of it. It will only do what is necessary to safeguard its own self-interests.
