There is an extensive underground networks and US can only manufacture a limited amount of bunker busting bombs. Most likely Iran will still be able to manufacture them and also launch missiles throughout this conflict.

The main problem I anticipate will be the B-2 bombers, also the F-35 and F-22. Iran has no way of shooting them down.
