More appropriate would be Baloch. Baloch and Kurds have some weird similarities, one being a condom for outsiders and being cheap mercenaries.

This is why you never take US administration seriously about unwillingness to deploy ground troops. Same with US public.

Whatever the government wants to do it does.

And they will do it just to keep embarrassing and weakening IR. But also try creative ways at fomenting unrest in Iran. If people eventually lose confidence in IR's ability to defend Iran and govern, then more stuff will be tried.
