You know what, China may help you, but Iranians should say "We thanks China, but we don't need your help. We still can handle this war ourselves!" Because If that help is true, it's your very very very very top secret that you must not open to public. Just say,"China help is enough. We thanks to them, but right now we can stand by ourselves."

Just think what Iranian government said "There are a lot of Chinese want to help our war and volunteer to our fight, we thanks them, but we still can stand by ourselves." Even if those help really come, that's what Iran must say in public. But the most important thing if the help is true is "Thank you."
