We do not know how much control Bahrain has on the US bases/assets. We do not know if they even have the capacity to stop US/israel from using those bases for nefarious purposes at this point. Bahrain is an 18 X 51 KM island with population the size of Islamabad.

Even with satellite intel, assets are visible but the assets firing off cannot be seen, unless its done through a clear video like this one. Nobody can say whether Bahrain is really involved in this or if they approved this or if they have the capacity and power to confront the US within its own country. Minorities (Kurds, Arabs, Baluch) exist but are fragmented and isolated through geography. So, there is no large, unified group that Arab states can easily mobilize.

Iran’s geography helps prevent proxy building. Mountains in the west (Zagros). Deserts in central Iran. Strong border control.

So Arab Monarchies rely on economic influence and relationships with USA and covert relationship with Israel to get their dirty business done.

In short, they dont have the capability and means to do it themselves.
