He is backing down. There is no nuclear threat. This means they're gonna do more strikes for a couple more weeks then declare nuclear threat over.

he can't declare the nuclear threat over without getting the 60% HEU stockpile from Esfahan's tunnels

and he can't do without an intense ground operation, since Iran sealed the tunnel entrances and no one knows where the uranium actually is

or unless Iran somehow surrenders and agrees to give up the uranium, which is not on the horizon with Mojtaba Khamenei as the new Leader
