Currently with $110 oil barrel price West Europe suffers.

In 2022 with that oil barrel price due to Ukraine war, Spanish government paid 20 cents of EUR per liter of gasoline/diesel (to avoid reach 2 EUR per liter barrier).

Whole West Europe economies will collapse with those prices ascending, except Norway.

Yeah, they could do it deliberately, like the school bombing.

But it's not emotional decisions.

It's cold rational devilish decisions, likely taken by psychologists in the army, to trigger the maximum emotional response in the enemy.

If you act coldly and rational, and you provoke emotional response in the enemy, you have more possibilities to win.
