Yes I'm from Spain, gasoline/diesel is cheaper than Germany, but average income is lower too.
2 EUR per liter it would be too much.

No doubt Iran has won on many fronts - its government is intact, the people have not revolted but instead have united, its missiles have struck terror far and wide, and oil trade has definitely been disrupted, if not stopped.

But it has sustained heavy damage, and the fate of the sanctions is still up in the air, two things that will greatly effect its future recovery.
