What's the point of wasting drones on Qatar, Bahrain Uae and Kuwait? Hit israel with whatever the inventory is left. IRGC commanders are making nonsense decisions in expending their inventory on non-targets as of now.

They have active bases that are being used to attack Iran. They have a right to attack these countries.
Furthermore every day these countries are putting pressure on the USA to stop.

Honestly could be anyone but I would think if Iran can carry out scare tactics like these if they were behind it should be saving it for high value targets if they were able to carry out these types of attacks without any prior intelligence warnings from anyone

I think they are conserving their supplies for a longer conflict. Sure them joining could cause serious damage to Israel and Arabs, but so far since the Arabs haven’t used their own armies, Houthi’s will remain on sidelines for now.
