Great summary of the Arash 2 and thanks for sharing. this is the first war iran has used the Arash 2 drones (and definitely used it on a mass scale). Russia requested to buy Arash 2s from Iran a few yrs ago, which was a smart request but Iran declined.

The rate of decrease in missiles to Israel may well be down to the Iranian forces reorienting their attacks to missiles with 1 ton payloads only and therefore needing to reorganize themselves to make that happen ?

...or to the fact that Israel and the U.S. have air superiority over Iran, and picking off the launchers after missile launches, etc. There isn't much Iran can do at this point without an effective air defense system in place or an air force.

Israel landed on a small border town on the Syrian side yesterday and conducted a raid into Lebanon. Hezb today shelled that town and reportedly some security forces there. Syrian army moved in units today to reinforce that area and have been in contact with their counterparts in the Lebanese army to secure the area.

We're not getting involved. But in case you don't realize, both Hezb and Iraq Hashd militia were in Syria for over a decade and propped up the Assad butcher and helped him destroy the entire country and massacre hundreds of thousands. I am seeing conflicting reports. Some say Hezb was shelling during the Israeli op and some fell on Syrian side. Others say they did it as warning after Syrian President said he supports Lebanese President intiative to disarm Hezbollah. I think that was a mistake and going into Lebanese internal affairs.

Imo, Hezbollah knows better not to mess with Syria or Syrians. And I don't believe they ever will. I think Lebanon wants Syrian refugees to go back to Syria but after that Hezbollah has ceded to reality.

The Iraqi ones are more fanatical but I also think everybody has war fatigue from civil sectarian wars and nobody wants to go back to that.

Israel has lost escalation dominance. They essentially just come back and bomb Tehran every night. Their AF maybe fatigued from these operations due to longer distances.

Iran I'm noticing is starting to gain escalation dominance over entire situation and this is leaving US and Israel in a dilemma.

Trump has no idea what he wants to do. It seems Israel lobby forced his hand.

Netanyahu is not sure either. Israel can try regaining escalation dominance by assassinating the new SL, but that would guarantee an intensified Iranian response and more hard-line position on war.

It just looks like US and Israel are privately consulting and can't make up their minds how to climb down from escalation ladder or if they choose escalation, in what way to do so.

Iran doesn't have incentive to stop. It has some degree of control over oil prices and doesn't have to do much more than fire some drones at tankers and at GCC. It can do this all year long and probably won't allow region to truly stabilize unless US gives sanctions relief. Iranians have not much to lose and have suffered 40 years of sanctions, they probably don't mind a longer war if it brings bigger results in the end.
