Nordstream is in the sea so not defended, and easy to sabotage whereas Saudis pipelines are inland and protected by air defence and if damaged it's a lot easier to repair than nordstream.

Hormuz is a lot easier to block, mines drones attacks, sink a single carrier etc
Even at late stage in war when Iran has limited missile, they still have tools to block it.

Think Iranians are literally showing no matter how well defended places are they can still cause damage. Also underground pipelines make no difference if you can take out refineiries
