Iran - Israel/US War: Israel-US declare war on Iran, Iran responds

Unit of 2500 marines is a lot, we have seen in movies that US Marines are like superhuman, like DC and Marvel heros..
With complete air and naval superiority, Surely Iranian forces are dead already or they may surrender as soon as first marine touches his super foot at karj island..

Don't doubt the capability of a well-trained MEU. They train for this constantly and have lots of experience to draw from assaulting a contested beach.

As @RescueRanger posted, this isn't their first rodeo.

Homework time: Look up ANGLICO.
I think you don´t know the idiosincracy of persian people.
Motivated like japanese in Guadalcanal... but with the geography of Peloponnese and for sure with logistical support of China and also Russia, the size of half EU and a confined waterway. What can be wrong?.

Another bluff from Zionism and Trump, while the US and Israel are getting a beating. We all know it's impossible to put 2,500/5,000... however many soldiers there are on the border of Iran; before they even get there, they'll be killed. Iran is a worse version of Afghanistan; it's just mountains, tunnels, and bunkers. To invade Iran requires 300,000 soldiers for 20 years, and you risk losing.

NOTE: As the outcome moves towards defeat, more bluffs and bravado will emerge, including:
- over 700 Americans dead
- over 12 planes shot down (media says Kuwait shot one down accidentally, one crashed in Iraq, another "disappeared")
- all American bases in the Middle East attacked and there's nobody there
- Israel totally hit, which is why Netanyahu banned any filming or photography

Similar expectations in Iran already failed spectacularly. But tough guy posers Trump and Hegseth will double down rather than cut their losses.
It's funny.

USA doesnt fail in America continent, but it fails repeatedly in Eurasia.

Maybe it's not a fail, it's just trolling and fcking Eurasia economies in the daylight as they keep order near home.

In fact, it's pretty easy, they just protect own interests, own continent and FCK everybody else.

Like any sane state would do when China become a problem, and availability of cheap energy and raw materials.

USA just do what any declining empire would do, taking advantage of their influence to fck everybody else and take a good position in new world order.

If you do please do enlighten me....
The approved half division is a bait more like sacrificial lamb being sent ...
Oh I see it and I also remind myself about the approved doctrine "if 40000 troops are encircled" nukes come into play....
If I did, do you really think I would share that here?

However, it's not hard to do some research. From there you can get an approximate idea as to how many troops are currently in theater along with what could be moved and ready to fight in 18 hours.

FYI for people that don’t know this is the MEU USS Tripoli

It’s not some dudes on rafts invading Iran lol.

They got a decent chance of setting up a beachhead around Chabhar (not inward in the actual Persian gulf since that’s too dangerous).

The Russians were also able to grab deep inside Ukraine in the early days. The key is can they hold whatever they take and what are the casualties.

That's a fair comment and I admit I don't. Been many years since I was around Persians on a near-daily basis.

The Japanese were indeed fanatical. Yet, at the end of the day, the US won. That is a fact.

You're confident of logistical support from China and Russia outside of targeting data currently being provided by Russia?

I appreciate your optimism.

Yeah, I wouldn't count on much from China after this:

Catch you all later.
