but why? its not like usa mainland was under threat, why even take such a massive step that could potentially crash the world's economy when everyone knows iran has no capability to hurt usa.

Exactly what most sensible people say, no threat to America directly or indirectly.

But Bibi has had Iran on his rader for 3 decades about how close they are to build a Nuclear weapon, so American will do Israel's bidding, go destroy Iran.
 
I am afraid what this escalation means for Pakistan and for Pakistani economy. If Iran continues to send Missiles to Saudi Arabia, there may come a time when Saudi Arabia decides to respond back and may call us to assist them in attacking Iran.

I hope and pray that we are NOT forced into a position to support 1 brother over the other. I also seriously pray that Iran understands what it would mean if Pakistan is dragged into this war.

And not having the capability to attack the US mainland is probably the second biggest Iranian mistake; the first was to enter into negotiations over its Nuclear Plan.

Even now, Iran should do its utmost to 1) develop ICBM's ASAP; 2) restart it's Nuclear Program and develop Nuclear Weapons ASAP and; 3) Re-activate it's Biological and Weapons program to be able to respond to any Nuclear attack on its soil.

And Iran needs to stop attacking it's neighbours, especially their financial interests (even those belonging to the US).
