This conflict could run for months, Iran should try and establish a supply covertly of weapons from Russia from Caspian sea, see if China will allow covert arms sales via Turkmenistan and I would personally hope the lawless border between Pak and Iran in Baluchistan can be used to trasfer arms as well and materials. Trumpy has done nothing for Pak, Pak can smile and play the politics but mark my work Pak needs a stable, friendly Iran next to it not the Chaos Israel is trying to create, so Pak should covertly help as well.
Iran needs a tight noose around the Straits of Hormuz, allow no European and other unfriendly country ships to pass unless they condemn US/Israel and recall their ambassadors.
The gulf states are supporting this war so they become legitimate targets, there is another level of escalation which Iran has held off on and that is taking out all the energy infrastructure, thats probably the red nuclear button - scorched earth if trumpy trys to do something similar with Iran.
Right now Iran has not been able to kill high numbers of US troops which would have a big political consequence back home, so the fall back is make those gas/petrol prices go through the roof and let the common person on the street in the west rebel against their sold leaders so they can be replaced with non-zionist leaders.
