Definitely at least 2 for each attempted interception, that is known. However, some missiles that they calculated heading to open/non critical areas are deliberately ignored and let through without wasting interceptors on them. So it's tough to estimate in general how much have been used so far.
Right now Hezbollah launching upwards to hundred rockets day is a plus they launch them at cities towns and bases no matter what Israel would have to fire off dozens of interceptors and their iron beam isn’t in plentiful numbers as they made it out to seem or capable of taking out that many rockets or drones
Pakistan has done nothing special. Iran has been an isolated country for a very very long time and Iranians appreciate anyone who still maintains contact with them and are not conspiring against them. I think Pakistan should be sending humanitarian aid to Iran.

When has the West ever had 'A rule's based order', never, they chopped and changed as it suited them through out history,
probably gave them verbal guarantees our strategic defence treaty with ksa will not be triggered and our airspace will not be used to attack iran in this war.
