Iran - Israel/US War: Israel-US declare war on Iran, Iran responds

Iran’s intelligence apparatus is completely compromised.

West tries to portray Iran as an authoritarian paranoid state.

Nothing could be farther from the truth.

The problem is they are too trusting hence even dumb Indians can roam free and spy on them.

They need some proper surveillance and vetting for key positions in the security apparatus.

It is common knowledge that the WSJ reported that Saudi Arabia had asked Trump in advance to start the war and is currently strongly advocating for continued airstrikes against Iran.
Now, Reuters has reported that other GCC countries are also strongly demanding that the war continue until Iran is completely destroyed.
It is now clear that the GCC’s true intention is to use the pretext of claiming they are not involved to prevent Iranian retaliation, while seizing this opportunity to thoroughly destroy Iran.
How much longer will Iran hold back?
By lying that they are not involved, the GCC aims to blunt Iran’s counterattacks and, from a safe distance, wage a protracted war to destroy Iran.
Iran must immediately destroy Dubai, Abu Dhabi, and Kuwait City.
Otherwise, Iran will be utterly destroyed by the Zionist coalition’s airstrikes, which will make full use of the Gulf states’ territory.

Countries in GCC don't follow the same policy when it comes to Iran. While I agree with you about UAE, I am not sure how you can place Kuwait in that same category. Kuwait never advocated nor supported attacks against its neighbors including Iran.

This is a war that was launched at the behest of Israel and its supporters in the USA. The focus should be placed where it is. Wall Street Journal, New York Times, and Washington Post all came up this accusation against Saudi Arabia and other GCC because they want the blame to be shifted from Israel and its stooges in America's deep state since the war is unpopular and its impacts on the world economy could be devastating if the Strait of Hormuz remains closed.

To standup is certainly good for egos , you can write eulogies and good obituaries....yet it's heartbreaking to see Iran being thrown back to stone age...I want Iran to survive and prepare to fight another day...a day when deck is no stacked against her .
They have NO choice and this is not about egos. It is a war of survival for Iran and its government.

This situation is akin to Pakistan surrendering to India.

You can live to fight another day and that certainly will happen for Iran too but I am not sure if there is a middle ground. The middle ground is they surrender and give in to all of the diktats from Israel and the US without an off-ramp.

Kuwait never advocated nor supported attacks against its neighbors including Iran.
HIMARS are being launched from Kuwaiti territory, so that means they allow it or can't disallow it, functionally there is no distinction. I will at least give them the fact they shot down 3 F-15s for us.

This is a top news on NY Times right now and takes away from the triumphalism in Israel and the pro war factions in America over the Larijani death.

Joe Kent, one of the United States’ top counterterrorism officials, announced his resignation on Tuesday, citing his opposition to the Iran war and what he said was Israel’s influence over the Trump administration’s policies.

“I cannot in good conscience support the ongoing war in Iran,” Mr. Kent, the director of the National Counterterrorism Center, wrote in a social media post. “Iran posed no imminent threat to our nation, and it is clear that we started this war due to pressure from Israel and its powerful American lobby.”

Mr. Kent is the first Trump administration official to quit over the Iran war, and one of the first to explicitly resign citing a significant policy difference.

His resignation bluntly exposes how the Iran war is expanding fissures in President Trump’s coalition. Mr. Kent is a close friend of Tucker Carlson, the Trump ally who has emerged as the sharpest critic of the war.

In a brief interview, Mr. Carlson praised Mr. Kent’s resignation.

“Joe is the bravest man I know, and he can’t be dismissed as a nut,” Mr. Carlson said. “He’s leaving a job that gave him access to highest-level relevant intelligence. The neocons will now try to destroy him for that. He understands that and did it anyway.”
