This is the only issue ever where Pakistan always resists any kind of pressure from Gulf states. With 20% Shia population (and the remaining 80% Sunnis also standing fully, strongly for Iran), its just not possible for Pakistan to get involved in this at all.
We refused it in Iran/Iraq war, refused it in Iraq/Kuwait war, refused it in Yemen/KSA war. Based on history alone, its not happening, add to it the strategic stupidity of such an endeavor.
At worst KSA will get upset, but they will need Pakistan anyway against israel (which is the actual reason for the famous pact), so the relation might dip like it did after Yemen war, but it will not go away.

Where is US operating from Qatar? I haven't seen that but I've seen them operate from Ben Gurion airport crossing through Syria and Iraq to get to Iran and from aircraft carriers
Is there a plan in place to strike any critical Israeli infrastructure? What about Dimona?
If no Israeli critical infrastructure can be hit during entire duration of war, then this is a failure on military leadership of Iran.
I don't think Iran can afford costs of full blown war with Arab neighbors and neither can they. It wouldn't be a good outcome.
Levant based Muslims + Egypt will then have to defend the region from an Israeli expansionist onslaught while you guys busy attacking each other.
The Arabian peninsula is only wealthy remaining area of Muslim world. Destruction of this region will severely weaken Muslims and put us in worse position.
Its not even in Iran's interests. The Al Saud and other royal families are a lot more friendlier to Iran than whatever Arab tribes would replace them in event of a catastrophic war

In my opinion, damage to Israel has been minimal. The entire Iranian strategy is to make GCC pay when Israel is the biggest instigator and offender.
Why is it that not a single one of Israeli off-shore oil installations has been hit despite the fact that Israel has hit Iranian oil facilities twice?
Goes to show the disparity in offensive capabilities.
What Iran is doing to Israel is not having the effect on its populace to push for an end to this war. They are not feeling the pain so they can continue to push and ride the American coat-tails to complete military destruction of Iran.
