Good post.
Lots of myths and lazy thoughts floating around globally and accepted as facts. Nations are ultimately run by a few individuals at the top and often just one guy and his biases. Trump is the clearest example of that.
A regional war involving Iran may and may not benefit the Americans or even the Israelis and the consequences could be Israel's very survival and/or American expulsion from the Middle East. Yup, a 'Wasp Nest' has been kicked.
