Iran - Israel/US War: Israel-US declare war on Iran, Iran responds

Maybe the admins here can create a webpage on this forum from the home page that allow you to create to catalogue this war by day ? One for the record, as we know Wiki is compromised as a neutral source ? A running commentary?

@Mr X ?
Yes easy - but who is going to update it? Thats the problem as I am always overwhelmed with my work commitments

Good idea. This thread has become a bin anyways.

Its a country of 100 million almost and they've knocked out a few drones and damaged a few aircraft, navy is non existent apart from small craft, similar to Ukraine, a good weapon against a defenceless enemy but it's limited in use and still requires a base. And the missile force is what it is, it's useful for fear but offers nothing militarily speaking, and the actual damage range of them is pretty poor, destroying a house if your lucky.

Compared to the first week Iran's fighting ability is getting worse and worse, hence their targets are now ones of desperation which could work for or against them depending on who cracks first.

Settle down. This is a war. A long war ...

( unfortunately, but that is the reality of it ).

We members can. May be some dedicated mod @Persian Gulf ?
Off topic but we have tried to engage community for similar roles in the past, they say it but nobody wants to take such responsibility in the long run. Such role can’t be given to a random person as it has to be balanced analysis.

If you wish to discuss, please create a seperate thread in suggestions as this is off topic

Thank you

I think if America and Israeli did not learn the next will be undersea cables thar will be end.
The will be equal to 10 economic hydrogen blast

In Europe and UK energy bills will rise 300%

Iran has allies, not proxies. America has proxies, they are called the Arab states, lol.

In case you hadn't noticed, Iran doesn't exactly spend much on its air force or navy. If you have information to suggest Iran's military budget is above $20b, feel free to share it.
50 billion $ on propping up Asaad regime in Syria as per a 2024 leaked Iranian documents. 1 billion $'s on Hezbollah, 400 m$ on Hamas and 200 m$ on Houthis each year as per European research institutes. I'm surprised you believe your allies cost you nothing? There are no official figures from the Iranian government so the above numbers are guesses but I'm confident Iran didn't secure these allies without cost.

To be fair, it's hard to avoid authoritarian rule when main global power is your main opponent... Non-functional nation states like Syria or Lebanon failed to carry themselves...unlike Iran...
Of course, the problem arises when its too ideologically rigid internally against what people's lifestyle is like. Domestic freedoms can't be ignored.

Have multiple verified members given permissions to add entries is one suggestion. For example the think tanks could do it.

When we talk about invincibility of the Iranian state's apparatus, hardly any nation is more involved in "institutional building" than Iranian nation, there were few devastating invasions on Iranian plateau, Persians and Persian language survived each of these stages... because of their imperial culture and history, they were state's apparatus to all of their conquerors, begginig Aryan-Iranian faith are Iran and Turan, opposed in civilised and organizational sense, order and chaos...

So to take the operative rule over Iran means unity and reaction as Iranian answer to such attempts...

Iran was never western colonised defeated territory, wars with neighbours are pointless, preserved national integrity and self-reliant system is must be...

Clearly I have less to worry about as an American than you as an Iranian. Unless you believe this war will end on Iran's terms. You may be right but only time will tell.

Hence, for now, we must just observe developments without getting worked up one way or another.

Despite the leadership we have, our military does have the ability to carry out its assigned missions, whatever they may be. They are up against a formidable opponent indeed, so we must appreciate the magnitude of the tasks ahead.

I would attach Alfred E. Neuman's famous poster here, but there is no need to, is there?
