So he is literally incapable of sticking to any proclaimed deadline in any way, shape or form whatsoever; no matter its context, nature or implications. It's like the rest of him : pathological. Its not about religous or secular government, what they dont want is Independent nations, they want puppets, may allow decent militaries but not cutting edge to challenge Israel. Egypt has a big military but they will be sitting duck under Israel firepower, Turkey by 2040 will be very strong power so definitely on the checklist, Pakistan has 7x larger enemy already.
