I think they just wants to regroup and equip to backstab Iran again.... There Shouldnt be any ceasefire unless a complete and comprehensive end to war..

Turkey-Pakistan and Egypt are mediators not only Egypt , so I guess the ceasefire is guranteed by the 3.

as for the ceasefire and what's behind it, I really don't know.

US is winning militarily, Iran is winning both politically & strategically.

Of course being bombed is not fun or a positive, but if the Iranian regime survives, this will be a huge loss for Israel. And for the US, Iran has it in a strategic chokehold via control of the Hormuz strait and pressure on Gulf infrastructure like oil & gas.

Any defensive pact among muslim nations should strictly emphasize it is valid only against non muslim nations.
That should be basic precondition.

The inherent pitfalls with such pacts and especially one where there could be conflicting interests can very quickly cascade into regional or global conflict.
The literal story of first and second world wars.
Second, Pakistan has no treaty or ongoing pact with the US. Where it seems every administration goes for a war without the consent of congress, input of people and in this case an outright anti war platform altogether.

And there's a pause for FIVE day on the power plant threat which is just enough time to then threaten AGAIN the Iranians power plants on the Friday or a Saturday after the markets close only to pause the threat again on Monday morning!!! We are dealing with an American President who is a mad demented and totally corrupt person.
