Its an interesting point that you raise. In an analysis like this one has to account for human biases. We are all egocentric. We tend to approach any situation from the perspective of maximum vestment or agency.

As per UN resolutions any attack on declared nuclear sites would be consider as Nuclear attack and the receipting country hold the right to attack back even nuclear so why Iran holding back? Attack Israel nuclear plants and spread radiation and close the case make Israel inhabitable for 25o years at least.

This is not a popular opinion these days but the Pakistan army and the deep state has decided to become a hard state and that means having diplomatic mavericks who speak provocatively.


After all everyone knows if it's the Pakistan army that calls the shots but then the foreign minister can be useful for messaging but also not cause alarm as well.
