The regional countries may have sectarian, ethnic or minor territorial differences but they don't have any overarching hegemonic, racially superior paradigms in their populations. Remove the Israeli cancer in its Likud form, the regional countries are more likely to fall into some EU like equilibrium over a few years or at most a couple of decades, if left alone.
