Iran's passing ships with Comorosian and Oceanian country flags too because of how their registries work, they allow flag-hopping. If Pakistan sold 20+ flag-ins to Iran, that doesn't mean those 20 vessels are ours. Since open registry countries don't have good enough navies, they only give paper protection, Pakistan on the other hand can tank the higher value Iranian vessels while Iran simultaneously evades some sanctions too. What did we get? We got registration fees and a risk factor of dealing with UN laws if a ship under our flag is shot at, nothing else, this doesn't prove any wider cooperation with Iran in this war.
