Bro , it's an all-out war so far , such losses are expected....if you look at the entire chessboard these losses are negligible.Ah, understood. Yeah, but Pentagon has curtailed Wedgtail for USAF right?
My point is in short/medium term, until replacements for E-3 is inducted, USAF has taken a big hit in capability lost.
What are the numbers now?
6-7 KC-135s?
1 F-35
3 F-15E
1-2 E-3
?
Europe wont allow US bombers to transit through their airspace. Is that the optimal route or Europe is being intentionally avoided ?
Correct tally is hard to mention with certainty. Should do a tally at some point.Ah, understood. Yeah, but Pentagon has curtailed Wedgtail for USAF right?

US can immidiately replace the losses
4 x E767 AWACS with JAPAN
6 x E-7 Wedgetail with AUSTRALIA
4 x E-7 Wedgetail with South Korea
i think they already have requested fro Australian wedgetails already.
Ausi Wedgetail is already operating in Middle East.US can immidiately replace the losses

Don't trust anything leaders say in open press - people are colluding behind closed doors.Well USAF does not have crews trained on E-7 and that os implying Aus, Japan and SoKo will get involved when all three have said they are staying out
Wear and tear is blown way out of proportion. It does matter but US can eat the cost so...In the grand scheme of things yes, but were US expecting these losses?
Also 1 month in and they lost an E-3
If this rate of losses continues it will have a hit on capability for sure, and remember, it's not just the actual losses, wear and tear on equipment at high tempo will be intense, so USAF will have to end up retiring a lot of the F-15s/F-16s way earlier then expected.
Muli wala paratha...SorryHas there been any news or thoughts on what was used to destroy these planes? Cluster munition? Drone? Or saturation ballistic missile attack?
