In theory that sounds epic, but I doubt it's possible in practice as that's too much weight for a Shahed to carry. Also need to take aerodynamics and drone range into account. Best thing for Iran to do is keep up the production rate of Shaheds and keep swarming the enemies. Sooner or later they'll run out if air defences.

No, the Lancet is about 12 kg each. Shahed can carry a warhead of 50-80KG. The idea is get rid of the warhead, put the lancets internally in a weapons bay like bomber aircraft. When in the launching area just drop the cover of the weapons bay and drop the lancets, no need of a complicated mechanism to open and close the weapons bay.

Well, if that's Iran's attitude and approach, then you'll likely end up with non friends at all in the world. Take China and Russia relation for example, even there has been ups and downs for sometime in the past, right now most Chinese and China do consider Russia a friend or strategic partner of China for alt least quite sometime of the foreseeable future.
