I don't think they're having that capability anymore. Otherwise desalination plants should've been targeted by now along with Tel Aviv's tech space and the refineries.

Cannot reveal the nature of my job, but in tech and it would give the game away, but right now the internal discussions going on here, and assuming other companies are doing the same, mean that Dubai's days at least as a hub for tech/innovation and finance may well be over.

Combined with the big effort the Saudis are making to lure major players to Riyadh and loosening of laws around drinking, beaches etc. I think this is a major set back to the UAE, another reason they do not want Iran standing as it is, is that with the idea your hotel can face a missile any minute after Iran decides to may mean the long term prospects of it surviving as a holiday destination are going to be tough.

This is not existential for the Emiratis but almost, in terms of the loss of basically everything they have built Dubai (and to a lessor extent Abu Dhabi) into.

Dubai's main selling point was and is it's destination for money laundring and other under the radar sleazy work. No one serious in tech thought of Dubai as hub for anything remotely tech.

In the long run Dubai may turn out ok, so long as it focus on it's core competencies and loosens it's embrace of zionism. But that remains to be seen...

israel know what Iran did last time, so they came well prepared this time, Enhanced defenses, Electronic Warfare, Signal Spoofing, etc, etc. Unlike last 2 times, Iran cannot directly use Hypersonic missiles right off and this is what israel was counting on, this time. Hence Iran is now taking care of everything else so they can effectively target israel.

• From all accounts, Iran is only firing old missiles as of now, depleting israeli ADs.
• At the same time, they are gradually taking out military bases and Radar systems as well as AD systems on the way to israel, to make their defenses as weak as possible.

As of now, most ADs in Gulf are neutralized and Iran is now freely hitting the US airbases inn Gulf. Jordan is the major one left on the way to israel. Since yesterday, attacks on Jordanian defences have started, as well.

Once they are sufficiently sure that their hypersonics will not be countered, then the newer hypersonic missiles would come out to start targeting israel's strategic assets.

Its not only a beneficial strategy where they are taking out all threats in the region, but also a necessity as without doing so, they cannot properly hit israel, this time. Most analysts are now identifying that Iran has abandoned old strategy of simply 'hoping to evade ADs' and is now making sure there are no ADs left when it comes to their best weapons.

This is GREAT for Iranian people long term. Because there was a portion of Iranian population who really believed Israel and U.S. wanted to bring them “freedom” and who believed that the enemy would only target IRGC + Basij.

This delusional mental illness is slowly facing reality as they realize that what their own government said for years was actually true. Now that doesn’t mean the IR of iran hasn’t made their fair share of mistakes with respect to the people, but it means that support for the government will only increase as time goes on.

It's definitely not great for Iranian people. Much of the nation is being attacked. Post war strategy is a big unknown, economic relief and reconstruction, and New Iranian leadership has to rebrand itself to Iranian people.

There are big challenges ahead for Iran but the point I was making is that Trump is very predictable and not throwing anyone off.

Even nations like South Korea, UK, Japan all know he's trying to crash global economy and energy supplies for the Jews and destroy pipeline projects in the world and make EU dependent on USA (which is Israel ++).

All these countries are quietly and privately developing ways to choke the Jewish American community and make sure they can never threaten global economy like this again
