US pilots are flying too low and also having some fun which is subjecting themselves to risks.

Israelis are flying at higher altitudes, not concerned with having fun and everything is serious for them.

Also because Israel is now focusing on land-grabbing on other neighbors, so it gonna mainly be the US to fight against Iran.
