What a daring US mission to reterive the fallen solider/pilot. Expecting a hollywood movie in few years time. A bit embarrassing for Iran. Clearly when you don't have an airforce, enemy can fly their machines at will at your own skies.

Anyways similar incident may occur in the next upcoming days as US planes will keep violating Iranian airspace.

C-130 landed on the ground and got destroyed but no body was inside the aircraft? What was the point?

Technically it took around 48 hours to rescue the WSO.

And it appears that the reason it took that long was to map and get the equipment in place to stage the operation.

It was stated that the pilot place the locator becon and hid on a ridge. I’m assuming that locator beacon sends it signals to military sats flying above rather than your standard GPS tracker.

Didn't you post a map yesterday where the area they were searching to find him had been highlighted?

If even one pilot had been captured and the footage released, it would have shocked American public opinion. Allies might have also begun to distrust US military power and reconsider their subservient stance.
However, by allowing the historic rescue operation to succeed, US confidence deepened considerably, and the opportunity to create momentum toward genuine peace disappeared.
There are turning points in war, and this was one of them. IRI undoubtedly missed an opportunity to change the course of the war.
The US will learn valuable information about the negligence of Iranian ground forces and the weakness of their low-altitude defenses, and will use this information in the future.
How can they attack invading tanks with FPV when they can't attack massive transport planes that are parked and waiting, even though their approximate location is known?

You are reading too much into one rescue. Its success does not equal winning the war and a failure would not have guaranteed a win for Iran.

I don’t think the future movie will be as impactful as the movies American sniper or Lone Survivor, if oil does spike to $200/barrel and the world economy crashes.

C130s landed for rescue ops but could not take off so they were destroyed to prevent from Iran using it as war trophy. The C130 crew were rescued and then the c130 were destroyed.

I will still take this as a win for Iran even though they rescued the pilot.

However, Iran needs to ramp up its defences. There seems to be gaps in their border that can be exploited. With such daring raids, I would never count out an invasion, even on the mainland let alone the islands.
