Iran - Israel/US War: Israel-US declare war on Iran, Iran responds

The U.S. military's Centurion C-RAM (Counter-Rocket, Artillery, and Mortar) system fires 20mm rounds that cost approximately $27 to $168 per round, depending on the specific round type (such as HEIT-SD) and sourcing. The system fires roughly 4,500 rounds per minute, making a short burst cost thousands of dollars.[1, 2, 3, 4, 5]
Key Cost Breakdown:
  • Cost per round: $27 (standard) to $168 (specialized).
  • Rate of Fire: 4,500 rounds per minute (75 rounds per second).
  • Typical Engagement: A 1-2 second burst often costs $10,000–$25,000+.
  • Total Capacity: A 1,500-round magazine can be depleted in around 20 seconds, costing roughly $40,000 to over $100,000 in
Imagine this cost American military alone a million or more to operate a day not going to lie pretty cool gun
Till-date, the US has spent $45-50B on Operation Epic Fury.

In the overall scheme of things, this is not a huge expense for the US war machine. The same goes for attrition and losses. Trump is asking for $1.5T for next year to make up for losses and refilling expended inventories.

I'm not surprised at all. One of the biggest advocates for war with Iran were Stewart and Lynda Resnick, the Jewish owners of the Pistachio Plantations in California.

Advice to the American people, your president Trump is mentally unfit, have him examined by psychiatric specialists, before it's too late.

Why on earth would Iran do that at this point? Looking west and relying on the United States has never worked out for them, or anyone else for that matter. Start signing deals with COMAC in China, Chinese high speed rail, Chinese and Russian nuclear energy, United Aircraft Corp in Russia, Chinese auto manufacturers, Chinese telecommunications, and for smaller market needs look to India, Africa, Vietnam, Laos, Cambodia, North Korea, Mongolia, Brazil, Belarus, Turkey, Afghanistan, Pakistan, Kazakhstan, Turkmenistan, Uzbekistan, etc.

China, Russia, India, Pakistan, Iraq, and Turkey need to be top partners. Not the US and Europe.
Some of them don't like "Commies" at all such as China and Russia, lol.

Saudi Arabia does in fact have oil pipelines. Unfortunately they don’t have enough capacity to sustain Saudi Economy. Also pipelines new ones or old ones , Also, it isn't immune to strikes if this conflict escalates.

Yeah I know it’s a drop in the ocean when it comes to overall expenses he asked for 1.5 trillion of money that doesn’t exist 🤦 and refilling inventories isn’t going to be that easy man several years of advanced weapons systems that was used in a month imagine the worse case scenario of a country like North Korea decided to go in the war footing…..these days it’s not fanboy fiction anymore it’s starting to become reality

Very suprised Iran never built its own version.

Iran could have built 100 of these around the capital and also at major airbases to stop drones and cruise missiles and other slow flying bombs. Wouldn’t be used against fighter jets, but Iran’s big problem is not being to stop waves of cruise missiles and high flying drones firing hellfires and PGMs.

Iran has already built naval CWIS, so not sure why they didn’t build a land version. It fits in their design philosophy because ammunition production in Iran is far cheaper than the West.
CIWS require very high rate of fire. Irán has gatling guns and cannons, but for being a real CIWS those gatling guns/cannons need a complex continous radar wave iluminator and IR/EO guidance.

It is weird because Irán has technology for both. Instead doing a CIWS they did a light gun with airburst capability (30mm) and fitted in the same ship gatling cannons, instead of doing a mix with them that would be a real CIWS.

I think IRGCN doesn't trust in this expensive high rate guns, and just made light SAM missiles for shooting down cruise antiship cruise missiles (AD08 and Qaem118). I think they did well. It is cheaper and more deployable than those big trucks loaded with heavyweight gun, magazine and tracking and illuminators.

I had read number of times on this thread that hundreds of thousands of people in Iran were armed with shoulder fired missiles, and yet I see US aircraft flying so low in Iran.

I don't know whether this is due to state propaganda or some urban legend.
Maybe the fact your head is so far up the Saudi that you can’t decipher whats fact and whats fictional. I havent seen any posts confirming what you are saying and im fed up of reading fiction like this. Take a break

If Irán cannot export oil. Nobody should do It.
But the real target should be wáter desalinization plants of Israel. And also all oil in the Middle East. All of It.
But first israelí desalinization plants.
