Core viewpoint: The author of the article (Jo Ingvar Bekvold, a researcher at the Norwegian Defence Research Institute) believes that it is precisely because China lacks a military presence in the Middle East (unlike the Soviet Union at the time, which conducted military balancing) that the U.S. was 'tempted' or 'encouraged' to rashly start wars.

2. Robber logic: They claim that if China had troops stationed in the Middle East, the U.S. would be cautious due to concerns over great power confrontation; but because China only engages economically and not militarily, the U.S. felt 'no one can stop me,' thereby falling into a quagmire of war. IRGC should not hide behind them or the ceasefire.

Iran was fighting war against United States and Israel. If ceasefire is broken by Israel then IRGC should principally go and attack Israel. Why IRGC is not responding? You can keep ceasefire against US but restart war against Israel.

In last many years, Israel have attacked Hezbullah so many times but Iran never came to its help and never attacked Israel. Iran only attacked Israel when Israel started war over Iran. I see some past comments, you once said that Iran fired 1000s of missiles on Israel for Hamas, lol! Iran never fired even a single missile when Israel was carrying out its genocide. The 12-day war was not initiated by Iran for "Gaza" or Hamas. It was Israel which started war on Iran and killed lot of its generals only then Iran responded.

Hamas, Hezbullah, Yemen all were subjected to heavy attacks by enemies in past but Iran never jumped into war for them as they did. It is time Iran must support its allies and don't leave them alone. It is time to return the favor. IRGC must prove that it is not selfish.
