Well in that case it can work both ways. Using a ground sensor to detect B2 pilots heart beat for example. Or better detect-track ionisation trail of a high flying stealth aircraft from a similar range passively.

The ionisation trail reflects back long wavelegth radio waves(fm transmitters etc.) so a passive sensor can be tuned to detect just that. The reflected signals would be a stronger signal and a passive sensor is difficult to locate and jam.

Pakistan doesn't have on off switch , this will entail lots of bickering from all sides... best way forward for Hezbollah is to disarm peacefully , it has lost its utility for everyone concerned....it has become a liability even for Iran.
