Pakistan Govt needs to think beyond their own self interests and bring back the MASSIVE Wealth of their own govt members for starters. Ishaq Dar Family, Zardari Family, Shareef Family, Mohsin naqvi, Vawda and so many others have collectively several billions of dollars worth property over there. Ishaq dar sons have multi-billion dollar real estate empire HDS with several skyscrappers 50 storey buildings at JLT, where only one office in one floor costs millions of dollars.

This process will win hearts of other elites of country and even will win hearts of middle-class of country and will boost local economy. The ruling class must invest their Tens of BILLIONS in their HOME country. Pakistan can literally rule over the region only if our leaders think of country first before their self interests.

Dubai and Abu Dhabi depended on having a calm peaceful and safe envoirnment, Iran standing up straight and getting sanctions relief, fees for Hormuz and restoring it's economy and military is the worst nightmare of them. This was the worst possible outcome for UAE.

Also rest assured US will move its bases out of there now too, so them pissing off Pakistan as well has made things so much worse.

Friend, what you are saying is right about the roles of Kushner and Witkoff but they are part of the huge Israel-firsters in America who have been well entrenched and under the Trump presidency have gained the highest power--and thus this war happened. It was a shocking revelations to many Americans that Netanyahu sat as a peer to Trump in the Situation Room while the Mossad chief was making a presentation to sell this war.
BUT... let's hope the Midterms bring a thumping Democratic majority. I know, I know what many say there is no difference between the two but I strongly differ with that. I'd say Israel's days of dominance in America are numbered!
