there is no cement that cures and sets in 2 days and is able to handle the load of a freight train. It takes between a week and 30 days typically. Unless they used prebuilt ,precast concrete frame in anticipation of that bridge being bombed. Possible but unlikely anyone plans that far ahead.

Or the airstrike didn’t happen 2 days ago and actually happened earlier and lumped in with infrastructure strikes.
