Maybe not. This time a full blockade of Iran is happening and it looks like Iran agreed to talk again because of blockade. Even though US and Iran are at war and a ceasefire is in effect a blockade is also an act of war and Iran hasn't been able to do anything about it.

Iran is playing it cool because it still has lots and lots of oil already at sea that needs to first be sold and then sent to the destination.

Its hard to see how they are going to take back their land. Even the Lebanese army announced they will join the Israelis fighting Hezbollah. Looks like they’re trying to cause a civil war. Their supply lines are cut and we can’t support them with troops or weapons, thanks to north Israel. Even Apple removed them from their maps.
