Iran - Israel/US War: Israel-US declare war on Iran, Iran responds

It is strange that the US has imposed a total naval blockade on Iran during a ceasefire and IRI has not responded at all, preferring to continue negotiations and pretend the blockade does not exist.

But it does. And Israel has not accepted a ceasefire in Lebanon (though it has stopped bombing Beirut).

When the first reports of negotiations came out, Iranian officials denied it strongly. But now we see that Trump was telling the truth, and our Iranian officials were openly lying to us, and many messages were being exchanged with the enemy through intermediaries behind the scenes.
Probably waiting for ceasefire to expire, then will get houthis to block red sea strait.

Iran will also probably respond to Israel, but israel knowing this will sign ceasefire with Lebanon before hand

Very true, he can be Christain shia sunni or hindu no one in Pakistan will judge him differently nor will we allow anyone else to judge us differently.
Iirc In 1980s when gen zia sent troops to saudia they specifically asked for sunni troops but zia outright refused to segregate the army and said either everyone will come or no one will.
I can confirm it, my dad told me about that incident years ago.

They need to stop yapping "Death to America/Israel" and work hard to achieve that goal. Stop yapping and lay the ground of their destruction. Improve their relationships with the Arabs, stop spreading sectarianism and reconcile with the Sunni masses - which would be relatively easy after the war. Until the destruction of entity region would not be safe and would not prosper.
There seems to be the thinking that yapping "Death to America/Israel" brought this war. That is not true. That slogan has been in use from 47 years with no major reaction from America/Israel. Only when HEU crossed 60% (and/or October 7, 2023 events) did Israel wake up, smell the coffee and went about the business of preventing further deaths. Words may be irritating but do not usually lead to major wars.

Trump:

I would go to Pakistan, yeah. Pakistan has been great, they’ve been so good.

Islamabad—I’ll be—I might go, yeah, I might go. If the deal is signed in Islamabad, I might go.

Few days ago he said he isn’t coming, so take this lightly but if a permanent deal is signed i see him coming
Trump likes grand occasions; he will participate in big events and then take the credit.

... Come on bro... This account posts so much nonsense

That grey stuff is a Japanese jelly knowns as Konnayaku which is not served as a meal option in the US Navy:

finally the dinner tables in the Mess hall in the image don't match up with the images of the Mess Halls from the USS Tripoli or the USS Abraham Lincoln.

The mess hall image with the tray shared for reference below: You can see the antibacterial easy wipe covers and cushions are missing. Whilst this photo was taken on a US Navy vessel - it was not take on the USS Tripoli or USS Abraham Lincoln

I am happy to be corrected by former US Service personnel such as @dbc @AZ_HighCountry or @j_hungary, however the US Navy have nutritional scientists and specialist logisticians = this image in my humble opinion is likely staged.
It's true based on my facebook feeds. There was a resupply problem due to the constant threat of Iranian drones before the ceasefire. Resupply was intermittent due to an abundance of caution.

If I were to speculate how this war could end, these might be the final terms:

a) Iran will not pursue nuclear weapons - US win

b) Uranium can be enriched for purely civilian purposes - Iran win

c) Highly enriched uranium will not need to be handed over to the US or transferred out of the country, but will be kept under an international watchdog - slight US win

d) Iran will stop blocking the Straits of Hormuz, but might get some beneficial arrangement on the guarantees from the US and China - Mixed, more US win

e) Comprehensive ceasefire between Iran and the US, Lebanon and Israel will be included; as well as the GCC countries - Mixed advantage

f) Ceasefire will most probably not include the Houthis in Yemen, or Palestinian occupied territories - Israeli win

g) Iran will not be required to cease support to Hezbollah and Houthis, but Israel can go after them any time - Mixed advantage

h) Iranian missile program remains intact - Iran win

i) IRI regime/IRGC stays in power - Iran win

j) Unfreezing of frozen Iranian assets - Iran win

There will probably be some sort of guarantee that the US/Israel don’t attack Iran again as well.
These are all highly optimistic wish list, none of these will come to fruition. Israel is on a suicidal mission and there's no stopping it now since their investment into Trump is a do or die hail moses gambit.

China did not “backstab” Iran.
Iran was never an ally of China. People forget the Iranian governments “nEither east or west” policy.

Iran even recently rebuffed Russia who wanted closer denfese ties and wnted to export high end air defense equipment.

The Iranian governments bad policies are catching up to them. You become mortal enemies with the most powerful force on earth. And stubbornly refuse to build nukes to protect the country”s sovereignty?

You become so arrogant that you believe you dont need any help or allies?
Even today mohsen rezai is almost screaming the irgc position which was to continue fighting. Rezai also previously said something along the lines of “ we want nukes but there is a fatwa against it”
Low iq mullahs are going to destroy the Iranian nation and people with their stupidity
You are a clear-headed person.

Developing alliances requires the joint efforts of two countries. When a person does not need help, arrogance leads them to stop developing relationships or even destroy them. When they need help, they expect others to provide it selflessly, which is not conducive to establishing friendly and cooperative relationships.

On March 27, 2021, China and Iran signed the "China-Iran Comprehensive Cooperation Plan," which outlined 25 years of cooperation. However, it was not until October 2025 that Vahid Yazdanian, head of Iran's Space Research Center, confirmed at the opening ceremony of "World Space Week" that Iran was formally negotiating with China to fully adopt the Beidou system, with plans to complete key area switching within 1 to 2 years and start developing domestic navigation satellites within 3 to 5 years. Why not abandon the US GPS during these four and a half years?

On March 10, 2023, China, Iran, and Saudi Arabia jointly issued a statement announcing that Saudi Arabia and Iran had restored diplomatic relations, and the three countries expressed their willingness to make every effort to strengthen international and regional peace and security.

The invasion of Iran by the Epstein coalition made Iran's strikes on all US military bases legitimate. However, on April 13, 2026, Iran's permanent representative to the United Nations formally submitted a letter to the UN Secretary-General, explicitly requesting war compensation from five Middle Eastern countries: Bahrain, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, the United Arab Emirates, and Jordan. I have no intention of interfering in Iran's internal affairs, but Iran negotiating outside the China-Saudi-Iran framework and openly demanding compensation at the UN is an act that undermines the joint statement involving China.

We have strict restrictions on the export of offensive weapons. However, air defense weapons, phased-array radar, and anti-drone systems can be procured normally. We support all countries in legally defending their nation. I have not seen Iran equipped with these defensive weapons. I know Iran lacks funds; within the China-Iran cooperation framework, China provides funding and technology, and Iran provides energy. Iran can adopt the same approach to procure weapons. From the signing of the cooperation agreement in 2021 until the invasion of Iran by the Epstein coalition, there were five years, yet I have not seen any actions by Iran to strengthen air defense firepower.

I will end with a sentence from "The Three-Body Problem": Weakness and ignorance are not obstacles to survival; arrogance is.

Given the current situation, I pessimistically believe that this war will continue.

On April 15, the U.S. Congress voted on a bill to limit Trump's war powers. The Senate vote result was 47 in favor, 52 against, and one Republican senator abstained, so the bill did not pass.

This is the fourth time the Senate has rejected a bill proposed by Democrats to limit the president's war powers since the U.S. launched military action against Iran at the end of February.
